The customer can exchange the products within 72 hours from the date of receiving the order, with the customer bearing the full shipping costs.
2. Return period:
- The customer can return the products within 48 hours from the date of receipt in the event that the product is received damaged or different from the description or image shown during the order only, and the store bears the shipping and return fees. Otherwise, the customer bears the shipping, delivery and return fees, after technical support approves the return request and examines the order after its return and approval.
3. Expected shipping times and order processing times:
Orders are shipped daily from Saturday to Thursday after 12:30 PM. The last time to receive and ship orders on the same day is 12:00 PM. Any order after 12:00 AM will be shipped the next day, with the exception of orders in Jeddah, which are shipped 4 times daily.
4. Shipping and delivery time:
Shipping and delivery time ranges from 2 to 7 business days, excluding holidays and seasons. Delivery within Jeddah is 24 business hours. International shipping takes from 3 to 14 days.
5. Shipping companies:
We work with the best shipping companies in Saudi Arabia and around the world, and we guarantee to select the appropriate shipping company for the customer's area based on the shipping companies' coverage and the best price.
6. Product Condition:
- The product must be in its original condition and unused, with all accessories and original packaging.
7. Receipt:
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided when requesting a return or exchange.
8. Non-returnable products:
- Some products may not be returnable due to their special nature, such as personal products.
9. Refund Method:
The amount will be refunded using the same original payment method used by the customer when purchasing. The refund period ranges from 24 hours to 14 days, depending on the payment method and bank policies.
